House Cleaning Testimonials

At The Maids Home Services we use an independent marketing research company (The MSR group) to survey our customers.  They ask how satisfied customers are with our service.  These calls are made everyday.  They ask questions about specific aspects of the clean such as dusting, vacuuming, bathroom cleanliness and kitchen cleanliness.  We also ask about arrival time and the customers' feelings about the cleaning team and the company.  Lastly we ask about overall satisfaction.  If you become customer (as we hope you will!) do not be surprised if you are called to ask your opinion of our service.

They do an excellent job. I have had other cleaning services in the past and they don't do a very good job. When I first hired them- I had to get rid of my other cleaning service because they broke things. The Maids clean things that I did not or would not have thought of to clean.
