House Cleaning Testimonials

At The Maids Home Services we use an independent marketing research company (The MSR group) to survey our customers.  They ask how satisfied customers are with our service.  These calls are made everyday.  They ask questions about specific aspects of the clean such as dusting, vacuuming, bathroom cleanliness and kitchen cleanliness.  We also ask about arrival time and the customers' feelings about the cleaning team and the company.  Lastly we ask about overall satisfaction.  If you become customer (as we hope you will!) do not be surprised if you are called to ask your opinion of our service.

I have an old ranch-style, rather dusty house with dusty vents and they make everything like neat and clean. I have breast cancer. My mom has had a stroke and lives with me. I have a Downs Syndrome brother who lives with me and quit a few weekends I have quite a few children of family members that have died of cancer. So, cleaning is a luxury for me and they make it easier for me to have my house look presentable.

I never thought some of the things really in need of cleaning could look as brand new as they do now, such as getting the yellow out of the floors (I don't have an excuse now to get new floors) and the cleaning inside the refrigerator. Great job all around.

We were impressed by how hard the staff worked. They took no breaks and worked at a very good pace the entire time. At the end, they told us that they could do additional work that needed to be done, for an additional cost. Because they had worked so hard for the 2 hours, we believed them and authorized the additional work.
