This dedication to customer satisfaction starts with The Maids Home Services 22-step cleaning system; a top notch cleaning system developed by our franchisor, The Maids International. Our job is to execute the cleaning system flawlessly. We rigorously train out teams using state-of-the-art Internet based training tools. We provide office staffing with a great amount of customer service experience who are dedicated to making it easy to do business with The Maids.
About The Maids Home Services
Owned and operated by Wayne and Luanne Phillips. Both are native Marylanders. After 20 years in the food business, Wayne was looking for a new challenge. In 2002 the couple purchased an already established The Maids franchise which had been in business since 1991. The office has been locally owned and operated for 18 years.
“We chose this business after a thorough examination of The Maids Home Services system. There is no better residential home cleaning system. We enjoy providing a needed service to busy people, participating in the community and providing a quality workplace for our employees so they can achieve their potential and improve their lives,” relates Wayne.
Operations Manager Cheryl Trader

New Customer Manager Linda Crosby
Linda has been with The Maids since 1998. Linda's primary responsibilities include introducing new customers to The Maids. She is a great sales person who never loses sight of the fact that we want to create a long term trusting relationship with you.
Office Administrator Bobbie Kleinsmith
Bobbie is the one in the office who "does everything else". You will hear her voice when she calls to remind you of your scheduled cleans.
